    This place suits me perfectly! The poolside snack bar, kids club, and 24-hour reception provide all I need. I remember the staff returning my forgotten earphones during my first stay. Highly recommend visiting soon!

    Excellent location and freshly prepared breakfast. There was an oasis and nature reserves not far from the place. Within walking distance the restaurant brisa do mar. The hotel was right by beach garrao nascente.

    The breakfast had an excellent variety, and the staff were super friendly. The pool area was good, always clean, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The cocktail bar stood out, with entertaining staff creating a lively vibe. We loved sipping drinks while enjoying the sunset!

    Amazing views of Ria Formosa and Quinta do Lago Beach make this place special. The extensive spa treatments are great.

    Rooms appear dated and could use a refresh, which detracted from the otherwise luxurious vibe. It's tough to escape the noise from planes flying in and out of Faro airport, especially if you're trying to relax on the balcony. Dining options are limited within the hotel, so you might find yourself off-site for more variety. There's no self-service laundry, pretty inconvenient for longer stays.

    The staff was extremely great and really kind and great to deal with. The hotel's location was stunning, really close to Close to the beech, the golf courses, and other restaurants. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Praia da Quinta do Lago.

    The hotel is ideally located near the

    Beach and has scenic views of the lagoon. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was fantastic, although the pool area felt a bit crowded during peak times, which limited relaxation.

    Fine views from the room were lovely.

    I encountered several issues. I found the breakfast offerings to be quite disappointing, as the food quality did not match the hotel's five-star reputation. I was upset to discover that basic amenities such as an iron and ironing board came at an extra charge of 15 euros. Coupled with uncomfortable arrangements for my CPAP machine by the bed, I left feeling underwhelmed.
